Oanda for Europeans just on MT5

Unfortunately, the broker Oanda is only available on MT4 in the SgM platform. However, for Europeans, it's only available on MT5. Oanda support wrote me: "Please be informed that MT5 instead of MT4 is offered for OANDA clients who are residents of the EU. Also, OANDA operates in the EU under OANDA TMS SA." Will Oanda with MT5 also be available for Europeans on SgM?
