Magic Terminal - Risk management in currency (SL)

Add option to use currency amount for risk calculation instead of just lots and % of account.

E.g. I want to risk 100€ on my EURUSD Trade with a SL of 15 Pips. Currently its not possible to do so, except you calculate how much % this is of your account (takes time and understanding) or you use manual lot size which requires a calculator as well.
